WHY SPORTS DRESS IS MORE COMFORT?

Yoga requires the body to move in many directions. If your clothing is uncomfortable, not only does the exercise become less enjoyable, but it loses its effectiveness. Follow these steps to dress for yoga success.

Clothes for practicing Yoga don't have to be expensive. There are many variations of Yoga and just as many levels of expertise. However, until you reach the levels of Yoga that involve head stands or other advanced and inverted poses, the most comfortable way to dress for practicing Yoga is easily attained.

Yoga apparel should be loose fitting to allow for unrestricted movement throughout your workout. Baggy pants or shorts and a loose shirt will be comfortable. You don't want to wear anything too tight for your Yoga workout as breathing comfortably is a very important part of the exercises.

For a comfortable and safe Yoga workout you will not wear anything on your feet. Many poses require direct contact with the ground giving the ankles and toes a chance to strengthen along with the rest of the body.

As the shape of shorts changed, so did that of shirts, with some players discarding the traditional tennis/polo style shirt entirely. Male players now choose from a wide variety of shirt styles, ranging from t-shirts, to the sleeveless shirts favoured by Rafael Nadal.
